The decoration of Annandale House Hartlepool was simply charming and cozy. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful decor made me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for older guests like myself to navigate around. It was truly a delightful surprise.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff at the hotel could provide a bit more assistance with carrying luggage. While the children working there were polite and friendly, I found it a little challenging to handle my bags on my own.

The house was nicely decorated throughout and had a good size rear garden. It was great to have parking available right in front of the property. the staff were very responsive and the place was clean.
There were too many beds in each room, it felt a bit crowded. Some of the door/stair trims were unsafe and not properly attached, which resulted in my daughter hurting herself.
